We have experience in the All Japan Karatedo Federation, Okinawan karate, full-contact karate, self-defense, and sport-based karate and have included elements of all in our system. Mikuukai offers a comprehensive learning experience in karatedo, covering budo, sport karate, self-defense, and kobudo (weaponry). We prioritize fitness, traditions, and manners while fostering confidence and ensuring a safe environment for all.
